Meet the Team
Brian Garbutt
Owner / Senior Vice President
Brian Garbutt has been specializing in the sale and leasing of Office/R&D buildings in Orange County since 1996. Since then, he has sold more low-rise buildings than any other agent in Orange County and has completed over 2,000 leases. His unique process of “Maximizing Property Values” has resulted in numerous decisions made on the leasing level that produced significant additional proceeds for owners upon sale, which has resulted in over $3B of Transactional Value.
Mr. Garbutt lives in Newport Beach and is married with three (3) children. He is involved in coaching youth sports, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, serving on the board for the Gourmet Dinner, serving on the United Way Real Estate Committee and is involved with several other charities.
Alejandro Sherratt
Associate
Alejandro Sherratt specializes in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of office and industrial properties in Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, and South County commercial real estate markets. Focusing on a client-oriented business model, Alejandro excels at providing effective solutions for his clients based on their needs. Before joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Sherratt graduated in 2020 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
